A huge finish and an exchange received

I just put in the last stitches on Nature's Home afghan. I loved every stitch on this one. I started it march 2003 and now after a bit more than 5 years it is finished. That is 6 blocks a year, not bad at all I think as I didn't stitch on it last year at all. In real life it looks even better. Pics are both not perfect, but you can't imagine how hard it is to make a pic on one leg.
Today I also got a beautifull exchange from Becky K in OK. I like it very much and love the things she has included in the package.
Also I want to thanks everyone for feeling with me and my ankle. After this second surgery I have more pain, but it is manageble.

Prachtig Judith! Ik ga er ook aan beginnen, ergens dit jaar nog hoop ik (eerst nog wat wip's en ufo's afwerken).

Oh wow that is beautiful!!

Can I ask what you made it on? Did the blocked fabric come already made like that or is it aida cloth that you made into this thing?

What are the chances of getting a copy of the pattern from you? :)

Oh my goodness you've been super busy while I've been absent from blog reading!! I've had great fun catching up on all your posts, and happy to hear that your injury is slowly healing for you, you poor thing {{hugs}}. Your stitched quilt finish is just awesome - so much work, and it looks stunning! Now I'm looking forward to keeping up to date with you on a regular basis again ... keep smiling, and enjoy the newfound freedom of your laptop (love mine, and wish I'd changed years ago!). xx
