Yeah as you can see today my Eventide pattern arrived at my doorstep. If you could see me, you would see a big smile. I was reading at Thelma her blog and read about all the fabric choices. Well I am sure it will be a very colorfull parade.Tomorrow I am going for a day to Miranda. I have met her the first time in october with the Belgium quilting retreat and she became a friend than, it is a pity that we live so far apart from eachother.
Jippie vandaag zat het Eventide patroon bij de post zoals jullie kunnen zien. Als jullie me konden zien zouden jullie een grote glimlach om mijn mond zien. Ik las op Thelma haar blog alle stofselecties die iedereen heeft gedaan tot nu toe en ik denk dat aan het eind er een hele kleurrijke parade gaat ontstaan.
Morgen ga ik een dagje naar Miranda. Heb er erg veel zin in. We hebben elkaar met het belgisch quiltweekend ontmoet en het was gelijk erg gezellig. Jammer dat er bijna een heel land tussen ons inzit.

I found your blog from looking at Thelma's blog. My husband and parents immigrated from the Netherlands to USA in 1956 when my husband was 2 years old. Most of their relatives still live in the Netherlands. They came from Friesland. I thought I would stop by and say Hi. I don't have a blog yet. I am still thinking of joining Thelma's sew a long with Eventide. I have the pattern now but still deciding on fabric.
