I have an addiction at the moment of cookingbooks. I have bought around 10 these past 3 months. My favorites are from Nigella Lawson and Jamie Oliver. Also I since a few weeks I cook for 4 people and than half of it goes in the freezer and half we eat that night so we can have an easy diner with only warming at least a few times now and than. It is so much easier to cook for more persons no thinking about dividing ingredients in two who almost can't be divided in more parts.
