Yesterday I have proven to myzelf I still can cook. I first made a chickenstock and after that veal cheeks were stewed in it with honey and other spices.It was a recipe from Gordon Ramsay's book "Pubfood". Today I made a gorgeous pastasauce with mushrooms and chicken.
