This weekend I made this steak au poivre and it was really delicious and very simple to make. Since a year I eat Free range meat and it tastes so much better. This was not why I started eating Free range meat, but because I good get it already froozen from the butcher to put it direct in the freezer and they come and bring it at my house, so I mostly order for 4 months and than I only have to buy vegetables and other things to make a diner as I do everything by bike it is much easier. Tonight we will eat sweet and sour duck, already made a few weeks ago and stores in the freezer.
